VisibleFeedback is a SaaS platform I designed and built to help brick and mortar businesses collect customer feedback through QR codes before it turns into public reviews. Visitors scan a code at checkout or on receipts, leave quick feedback, and owners receive private alerts that let them resolve issues in real time.

The product was inspired by a simple observation: businesses often learn about customer dissatisfaction too late, after it's already online. By moving that moment of truth inside the business, VisibleFeedback helps owners close the loop faster, improve customer experience, and organically increase 5 star reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp.

I built the platform from scratch, from product design and UX to front-end (React) and serverless backend (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB). The system includes multi location support, analytics, and QR based routing that dynamically changes based on feedback type. Early users report significant boosts in both review volume and sentiment.

VisibleFeedback continues to evolve as a full fledged SaaS product with a focus on simplicity, automation, and empathy, empowering local businesses to listen better, respond faster, and grow stronger reputations.
